Is your equipment up to the task? Yes. As a company we only buy top-quality machines. All our chainsaws are made by Husqvarna and Stihl, with bar sizes ranging from 12 inches through to 36 inches. This gives us the capability to deal with almost any tree, irrespective of its size. Our log splitters are capable of processing timber up to 700mm in length. One has a splitting force of 4 tonnes which we use on smaller trees, while the largest machine has a splitting force of 12 tonnes, operates at two speeds and has a 4-way splitting action. The splitters are incredibly efficient in preparing wood for our table saw, which sports a 700mm diameter tungsten carbide blade and is able to slice easily through timber up to 450mm in diameter.
The power for these machines is supplied by our Kubota compact tractor, enabling LOG-ISTICS to operate independently in almost any location.
All of our equipment is maintained at regular intervals, and is inspected prior to every job we undertake in order to comply with strict Health and Safety requirements.
How safe is a job like this? This kind of work needs to be done by well-trained, experienced professionals.
